Third day - Vocabulary

 Hi Friends,

Yesterday we have seen some basic words and sentences in telugu. To view my previous posts please click here. Today we are going to see some words and it's meaning in tamil and english. if it had any mistakes, please Let me know about it.

Telugu word - Tamil Word - English Word
 
Inka – innamum -  still /yet

Meeru – you (with respect)

Premam - anbu - love

Chey-chey - do

Nenu- nan -  me

Na- nan - me

Repu- nalai - tomorrow

Ippudu - ippoluthu - now

Akkada - ange -  there

Ikkada- inge - here

Bettha- periyavanga -big

Varu - avanga - they/ he /she (with respect)

Kooda - kooda - also

Chesani undaru / chesaru - panreenga  - doing

Chesthri - panneenga - did

Chepu- sol - tell /say

Chepandi -sollunga - tell /say (with respect)

Lopali - ulle - inside

Randi - vanga - come

Second day -Vocabulary

Let's take the following conversation,
(meeting our old friend)

A: Hi B, how are you
A: Hi B, meeru yeta underu

B: hi A. i am fine. and you?
B: Hi A, Nenu baagunnanu/nasa unadanu.  mari nuvu?

A: I am fine and how is your family ?
A: Nenu bagunnanu mari intla andarum nasa undera/bagunnara?

B: They are also Fine. Where are you?
B: Varu baguntharu. nuvu  ekkada unnavu?

A: I am in --- place. and you?
A: nenu ---la unnanu. nuvu?

B:  I am in ---.Had lunch?
B: nenu --la unnanu. bhojanam chesava/ thintuva?

A: No, I am searching a hotel for food.
A: Lethu. nenu bhonjam chesthanuki hotel kanukunnanu.

B: yet, you didn't have lunch? I am also going to hotel.Come with me, let us go.
B: inka, nuvu thinna letha? nenu kooda hotelki velthunnanu/ pothanu. naa kooda Randi.

A: yeah sure.
A: yeah sure.

The vocabulary used in above conversation is,

how - yeta
am/ are -  undi
you  - underu
i - nenu
fine  - baga (bagunnanu means telling about ourself) / nasa
and - mari
family - kudumbamu (but here i said intla . intla means in home.)
all - andarum
they  - varu
where - ekkada
lunch -bhojanam
had lunch - bhojanam chesava/ thintuva
no/ not - lethu
searching - kanukunnanu
yet - inka
also - kooda
going-pothanu / velthunnanu.
come - ra

HEre note,
you - nuvu, meeru (respect)
some words, end with vu like unnavu, chesavu. it will be called to the person you (without respect),
if you want to call (with respect), add ru at end. eg: unnaru, chesaru.

First Day - vocabulary

This is my first blog. Recently, I had an interest on learning a new language Telugu. Herewith I am going to Tell my experience of learning telugu, and the way i  learned it. hope it will helps the person who are like me.Guys if it had any mistakes, please forgive and  correct it.

Here I am going to give you some vocabulary that i learned first.

Telugu Sentence                               English Sentence                  
Namaskaram                                   Vanakkam
Meeru Yeta underu?                         How Are You?
nenu  nasa undanu.                           I am Fine.
Intla andarum nasa undera?              In home all are fine.
Meeru peru emi / emandi?                What is Your Name?

This is the basic sentence that i learned first.Some vocabulary are,

 Panchipadana - Understand
 Panchipada lethu-  can't understand
Illu- Home
Nithira - Sleep
Rathri- Night
Po / vellu - go
Inka - still
thinna - eat
Lethu -  not / no
